Boris Johnson Apologizes for Chris Pincher Appointment

Prime Minister Boris Johnson of Britain acknowledged that it had been “a mistake” to appoint Chris Pincher as deputy chief whip given previous complaints about Mr. Pincher’s conduct. Mr. Pincher quit his government post after being accused of having groped two men.
